Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be processed?
Special order requests are sent to the vendors on Fridays of each week. However, some vendors require that a minimum order of 12 items. In this case, we would have to wait until other orders are requested from that vendor. We will advise you if there is going to be a delay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally a special order takes 3-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping dates are approximate dates only; we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Some orders may take up to 8 weeks for delivery depending on minimum order.
Do I have to pay for my special order in full before ordering?
Payment is not processed for your special order until the item is actually received in our store from the vendor (in case it is discontinued). Once received to us, we will call you to let you know it is in the store and we will then process the charges through your credit card. If a credit card is not available you will have to pay by Debit before the order is sent to the vendor. If the item is discontinued, you can either select another item or receive a refund on your Debit card.
How much will it cost to ship my item(s)?
All shipping rates are based on the weight of your item(s) and the location of your shipping address. Freight will be charged each time a package is being shipped to you.
Will I receive a call to advise that my item(s) is in?
Yes, once the special order item(s) is received by us, we will call you to advise of delivery / pickup, and collect the remaining balance for the order.
What happens if my item(s) is on back order?
We will call you to advise of the availability date provided by the vendor.
Can a special order be returned?
All special orders are a FINAL SALE.
