Our Returns & Exchange Policy
No refunds on regular priced merchandise. Exchanges within 7 days. Credit Notes only. Sale items are final sale. Credit Notes valid up to one year. All accounts over 30 days subject to 1.5% interest per month. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this invoice and tags must be attached. Special orders: 25% non refundable deposit required at time of order. Must be returned within 7 business days. Shoe policy: Try on at home for 2 days. Credit Notes only. 30 day return policy if shoe is defective.

Price depending on location and weight. Canada Post rates or your preferred carrier with provided account number. Freight will be charged for each time a package is being delivered
